Congress

In July 2003, the youth convening in Moscow at the Youth Scientific Congress,  in representation of 100 countries and participating in the 9th Expo Science International, encouraged Heads of State and Government, as well as Leaders of International Organizations to "convene a special Summit to focus on the problems of education and Science development".

The meeting of the second phase of the World Summit on Information Society (WSIS), to be held in Tunis on November 14, 15 and 16th, 2005, has provided the opportunity for the International Movement for Leisure Actvities in Science and Technology (MILSET) and the Association of Young Scientists of Tunisia (AJST), to organize, a World Youth Congress in the Society of Information and Knowledge on the eve of the World Summit, 14th and 15th November 2005.
